CranRas Oatmeal Cookies
Makes 2 Dozen Cookies
Ingredients:
•1 Stick of butter (softened)
•2 Packets of Stevia
•¼ Cup Firmly Packed Splenda Brown Sugar
•3 TBS. Raspberry Sugar Free DaVinci Syrup
•1 Egg
•¾ Cup Almond Meal
•¼ tsp. Baking Soda
•¼ tsp. Salt
•1½ Cups Oats
•½ Cup Dried Cranberries
Method:
•Heat oven to 350
•Beat butter and stevia together until creamy. Add eggs and DaVinci Syrup; beat well.
•In a separate bowl mix almond meal, baking soda, salt and Splenda brown sugar.
•Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix well
•Stir in oats and dried cranberries. Mix until batter is evenly distributed.
•Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls on to a ungreased cookie sheet.
•Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
•Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet, remove to baking paper or paper towels.
